1. General provisions
This agreement governs use of the pluswstore service, including the personal dashboard, API, API keys, balances, and related functions.
By creating an account, signing in through a supported provider, or continuing to use the service after these terms are updated, the user confirms that they have read and accepted this agreement.
2. Account and security
- The user must provide accurate information and protect the password, session, and API keys from third-party access.
- Actions performed with an active session or API key are treated as actions of the account owner until compromise is reported.
- If compromise is suspected, the user should immediately change the password, end sessions, and rotate affected keys.
3. Acceptable use
The service must not be used to violate law, third-party rights, technical restrictions, or infrastructure security, or to distribute malware or obtain unauthorized access.
The user is responsible for their requests, integrations, and results obtained through connected models and third-party providers.
When using Web Chat or API models, the user is responsible for the legality of prompts, uploaded content, model outputs, and further use of those outputs. Generated content must not infringe third-party rights or be used for fraud, impersonation, or prohibited activity.
4. Balance and billing
Balance is charged according to actual API usage and the rates shown in the panel. Cost may depend on the model, input and output tokens, cache, additional modes, and model-provider conditions.
The panel may show current charge multipliers for available model directions. A multiplier changes the amount charged from the shared balance for new successful requests in the selected direction. It does not retroactively change completed charges or the nominal balance already credited to the account.
Top-ups may be processed through LAVA, Heleket, promo codes, or another payment method shown in the panel. Balance is credited only after the payment provider confirms the operation.
LAVA payment-system commission is charged on top of the selected top-up amount when LAVA is used. The final amount payable is shown before payment confirmation.
Top-ups, charges, reservations, and refunds are shown in history. Incorrect, disputed, or suspicious operations may be paused while they are reviewed.
5. Payment cancellation and refunds
- An unpaid invoice can be cancelled by closing the payment page. Balance is not credited in that case.
- To request a refund for an incorrect, duplicate, or unused top-up, contact pluswstore@gmail.com from the account email and include the date, amount, and payment identifier.
- The used part of the balance already charged for completed API requests is treated as delivered service and is not refunded except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- An approved refund is sent by the same method used for payment when the payment provider supports it. Payment-system, bank, blockchain-network, and currency-conversion fees may be deducted by the relevant provider and are not controlled by pluswstore.
- For cryptocurrency payments through Heleket, the payment is treated as initiated after the user sends the transaction and as completed after the required network/provider confirmation. Blockchain transfers are usually irreversible, so refund handling may require a separate verified return transaction.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days unless the law requires a shorter period.
6. Service availability
The service uses reasonable efforts to keep the panel and API stable, but it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned and unplanned maintenance, network latency, temporary infrastructure failures, and route outages outside the operator's reasonable control may occur.
For long or repeated incidents, the user may contact support. The operator will review the request, balance, route status, and charge history. If the paid service was not actually delivered or the top-up was unused, refund handling follows section 5.
7. Access limitation and termination
Access may be limited for violations of this agreement, security threats, abnormal load, disputed payment operations, or legal requirements. Where possible, the user will be notified through the interface or the official support channel.
8. Intellectual property
Rights to pluswstore software code, design, and materials belong to their respective rights holders. Use of third-party models and services is also governed by the terms of the relevant providers.
Web Chat history may be stored locally in the user's browser for convenience. Local browser storage is controlled by the user's device and browser settings and may be deleted by clearing browser data, changing browser profile, or using another device.
9. Liability
The user independently evaluates the suitability of model outputs and must not rely on them as the only source for decisions where an error could cause significant harm. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or lost profit.
10. Changes and contact
This agreement may be updated as the service develops or requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
